Meet the Dean: Adam levy
Adam Levy is the Founder of the Professor Media Group. Founded over 12 years ago with the Alcohol Professor and later adding the Cheese Professor, Olive Oil Professor, Vinegar Professor and The Chocolate Professor. Though there are a few more "Professor" sites on the horizon
Adam is also the founder of the International Beverage Competitions Group and founded the New York International Spirits Competition over 16 years ago. This was followed by Wine and Beer Competitions in New York. He expanded globally to Berlin, Melbourne and Singapore in the last 12 years.
Recently he held the International Non Alcohol Competition in 2024 which included "Functional" drinks as well as with Thc.
Adam has no plans to hold a cannabis competition until it is federally legal.
